Lisa Harrell, PT, MAEd, DPT is a licensed physical therapist. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from A.T. Still University (Arizona School of Health Sciences). She has worked in home health, pediatric, skilled nursing, outpatient, and acute settings. She has served as a physical therapist assistant instructor and an Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education for a PTA program. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and a Credentialed Clinical Instructor.

For the past several years, Lisa has worked in online education. She received her Master's Degree in Adult Education from East Carolina University. She has designed, developed, and taught online courses at both the undergraduate and doctoral level, serving as an adjunct online instructor, course designer, and course developer. Her content areas are physical therapy, allied health, and online education. In 2006, she received an “Outstanding Online Instructor of the Year” award. In 2007, she received an “Online Faculty of the Year” award.
